Hi Ross, The cats just arrived back home slightly earlier than expected – and they seem relaxed and fine despite the long journey– back to normal, in fact! They are not hiding under the bed, as they do when nervous and anxious, but instead they are looking out of windows to check everything and grooming themselves and dozing as if perfectly happy to be home again. I really appreciate all the care of your company and helpers en route. You do a marvelous job and I will definitely use your services again should we ever need to do so. I am amazed that they seem so relaxed again – almost as though they had never been half way around the world! In better condition than me from the trip!

Thanks for following up – the dogs are incredibly mellow – very different than their trip from ZA through Amsterdam to Boston 7 months ago. Whatever you and the team did, it has worked perfectly (if only you could sort out the paperwork for warmer weather and a little more sun in the British Isles).

Having done this before, I can see the distinction in the level of service–the dogs being the biggest indicator.
