Now that we are settling into our new surroundings in England, David and I want to thank you -- and everyone on your team (Alice in NY and James in the UK) -- for taking such amazing care of Winston. I turns out I (Francesca) was more nervous than anyone. I guess this is expected. But we are truly thankful for everything you did... From answering every little question we asked, to settling our nerves and most importantly, for getting Winston to the UK without any issues. It goes without saying that we could not have done it without you!

I really want to thank you for the excellent service and support you have given me during this difficult transition period. Robin arrived extremely well and my daughters were delighted to see Robin back with us. Felix was phenomenal too and thanks to him we were able to get all the documents ready to have Robin with us faster. Please pass on my thank you to him as well.

I have arrived in Managua, but I have not yet seen Mitsy. I understand, however, that she is running around, and as happy as Larry!!!
Thanks very much for all your help- it was a challenging move, and I really appreciate all the effort you and your colleagues put into it.
I was very happy with the service altogether, and will be recommending Starwood Pets to any colleagues who would seek to relocate pets in the future.
