Gold Package

This is a preferred package and offers the ultimate ease for both owner and pet. This service provides "door to door" domestic or international pet moving services and can be broken down as follows:

• Pick up from residence
• Boarding at a local top rated kennel (if necessary)
• All airport services
• Supplying a new IATA approved shipping container
• Completion of health certificates
• USDA endorsement
• Completion of export or import documentation
• All air cargo expenses
• Customs clearance at destination
• Delivery to new residence

Silver Package

This package is ideal for the client that requires assistance with all documentation and flight bookings, but has transportation already. The Silver Package would include all services listed above except the pick-up and delivery. The pick-up and delivery would then be taken care of by the client, a family member or their household goods forwarder.

Bronze Package

The Bronze Package is a unique system that provides consulting and coaching advice when the pet is traveling with the owner, who is a ticketed passenger, as excess baggage. This package may be ideal for the traveler with a smaller pet or one with less of a budget.

Door to Door Ground Service

Even though air travel is very safe and most expedient, in some instances your pet is better served by ground transport and/or you, as our customer, is more comfortable having your pet(s) transported by ground. This service can be ideal for the move that isn't incredibly far away or if your pet(s) are of an embargoed breed for certain domestic airlines.

In a "door to door" ground service, your pet can be transported to their new home by our private pet transport service free of worry. During this process, our private ground transport service provides you with the most expedient door to door ground transport with only your pet(s) on board.
