Hello Ross, The cats made the journey well -- it was a long trip for them! They seem to have already acclimated themselves to our Beijing apartment and are doing fine.

I wanted to tell you I am very pleased with your relocation service and the handling of our 2 cats. Everything went very smoothly in the US; the pickup person was right on time ( I think his name was Norman), explained everything to us and gave us the full itinerary. Kiki was at the hotel when we arrived in Beijing and picked up our passports and told us when the cats would be delivered. The fact that she was waiting for us at the hotel was very convenient for us. The next morning Steve and I moved into our apartment, but our phone was not working. This delayed us in contacting Kiki, who was picking up the cats that morning at the airport. Kiki stayed with our cats throughout the day and ensured their safe arrival to our apartment. I really appreciate the personal attention and effort she put into contacting us and making sure we got our cats and everything was OK. She did a really great job for us and we are very pleased with how things were handled.

Just a quick note to inform you that Kiki met us upon arrival, all docs were in order and we only spent 30 minutes dealing with the process. After 17 hours in his little carry on bag, Max was most anxious to get some fresh air & some grass to relieve himself. The system worked and we are most grateful.

Oreo and Leo are here. They are great. They are still clean. I think Oreo may have peed on his towel as it didn't make it. Leo arrived with a perfectly dry towel.

We have taken a tour of the yard and the entire house. I let them smell everything, especially clothes from all of their people. They are very thirsty. They snubbed their noses at the food I bought them. Leo ate some out of my hand. Oreo will come around.

They were way cool with the two guys that delivered them as well as the security guard. They have not barked once. I expected them to be a little on edge but so far so good. They want to rest but keep getting up to snoop around. I will keep you posted on how they adjust. It seems that they are great. Thank you Ross and Bobby for taking such care with Oreo and Leo. We really appreciate your details and thorough planning. They are great. That's all for now. I am so happy to have them here. I feel some feeling of normalcy coming back to my life. I look forward to having my "men" here next week.

(I have heard some horror stories about the state pets arrive here in & expected the worse, but Holly appeared to have been well looked after through both of these events.) Needless to say when, not if, we move again we shall certainly be using your company for Holly's move.

I'm sorry for the lapse in communication, but I've been in a vacuum since we got here, but we got broadband this weekend and I'm ecstatic. Being without a means of communication for almost three weeks has been taxing.

The cats are doing spectacular, and Jade is absolutely fantastic, you'd not know the journey ever took place! She adjusted very quickly and only had a slight eye infection when I saw her. I immediately treated that and it was cleared up in two days. she is a tough old lady, but I also attribute her well-being to the care and attention she received through the transport. You have our deepest thanks and gratitude.

Sam and Simon are also doing well, Simon being the one that probably fared the worst on the trip. He's a sensitive soul and was rather lost when we first got to him, like what in the heck just happened. We got them in the house last Monday (a week ago), and he was back to his regular self in a couple of days. Sam is Sam, and I heard he drew blood; Dr. Treadway knows that well also. He can be ornery if he wants to and that's why I put the warning on his carrier that he has his front claws. The vet's office here had me handle him when they changed things out in his cage, which I was glad to help to save them some bloodletting.

Again, my deepest thanks and gratitude to you and all the people that made this happen. The cats were the most important part of our move, and it was handled by true and dedicated professionals. My old lady is thriving and healthy, all that we could hope and ask for.

We are a reunited and much relieved and happy family again. The cats were brought to my apartment about 3 p.m. on Saturday as scheduled, they were clean, the kennels were clean and they were very happy to be home. I have watched them quite a bit and they seem to be just fine, none the worse for wear from their long travel and quarantines. I was curious about the kennel for Kate, she and Bailey were each sent in two smaller kennels of the same size, however Kate arrived in a larger kennel, I am curious as to why Kate's kennel was changed, if you know. Bailey's kennel was the original. I don't care to track it down but just wondered if you had any idea for the change?

I only have the most heartfelt and sincere thanks to you and all the people you had to coordinate for the transfer, I know it wasn't an easy job. Have been truly busy getting settled in and just realized that I owe you a statement about how great your company is... sorry for the delay!!

We recently moved our 2 cats from San Francisco to Tokyo. The most traumatic part of the move was making sure our 2 cats were properly cared for. We worked with Starwood Pet Transporters and couldn't have been more satisfied. The process of moving animals into a country with quarantine laws is particularly stressful. From the start Ross and his team were available and always anticipated our every question. They were always very professional and made sure that all the animal handlers on each side of the trip were briefed and prepared to assist us with this process. They are a very service oriented, high quality and professional company. It was a pleasure working with Ross and his team and we will definitely use their services again!

Loca's trip went very well and Ron was able to see her on Thursday once she reached the quarantine station. The only bump in the road was that she did not arrive earlier to make the trip to the quarantine station and spent an extra day at the airport. Otherwise, she seems to be in pretty good spirits and we are anxiously awaiting her return home with us! I cannot thank you enough for all of your hard work and patience during this difficult time and we look forward to working with you again when we return to the US (unless we can figure out a way to smuggle Loca into our carry-on baggage!). I was actually going to e mail you to say how impressed we were with your service and to thank everyone who was involved in his travel. It was the best way Sam could have been transported. We were informed of his progress every step of the way and everyone who dealt with him genuinely seemed to care about his welfare. It is 4am Korean time and I am up with both him and the baby (I never considered that he would be jet lagged) but he is eating, drinking and playing as normal. Just wanted to let you know that Koozie and Sparkles arrived just fine today in Bangkok! Yeah! Jon said the pet people were really great. So far they're in great spirits and were excited to be with us again. Of course they're getting lots of Greenies for being so good on the trip! : )

Just wanted to let you know that the pet courier charged Jon $6000 baht (which is about $150 US dollars) to get the dogs through customs. Is the same thing you and I were talking about before that we weren't exactly sure what the cost would be? Just wanted to make sure.

THANK YOU again for all your great help with this process. You are the very best to deal with! I would like to add a comment to your web page if I could. It couldn't hurt to have another testimonial, could it? : )

As I get settled in these next few days I'll be sure and send some pictures along to you so you can see where Koozie and Sparkles have taken up residence.

Yes, she is back. Sadly she has not slimmed down much and is having some 'challenges' (US perspective on 'problems') with the width of the cat flap however we should overcome these before too long.

I would like to thank you for your help in assisting her transportation from Japan and quarantine arrangements in England, which have been excellent.

Should we be moving again, which is not outside the bounds of possibility, and require international help and expertise for Audrey you will be our first port of call.
