I just wanted to drop you a note to let you know that Kira and Warf are now out of quarantine and starting to enjoy their new lives in Sydney.

Their stay with AQIS seemed good and the staff there was helpful and kind. Both cats were very relaxed the entire time and enjoyed their periodic visits from friends and family. They are amusingly still a little disoriented in their new home as it is substantially larger that the 1 bedroom NYC apartment they have been resident in for the last 4 years and thus go walk-about and get lost every now and then but all in all a very successful relocation exercise!

So thank you to you, your team and your associates in LA and OZ, for everything and making this part of our relocation worry free.

Mossimo travelled very well, in fact his care giver at Eastern creek said she has never seen a dog arrive in such great shape after such a long flight! Both you and Carol did an excellent job, thank you both very much.

thanks for the call this morning. I was a little nervous for Nugget but know that she is in good hands. The lady who greeted her this morning was really good and Nugget ran up to her and immediately rolled on her back for a tummy rub. After that she eagerly jumped into the back of the van and they took off. I gave originals of all the paperwork I had so I know Nugget is ok paperwork wise.

All is well with Jasmine. We visited her yesterday for the first time. The quarantine facilities are very clean and Jasmine seems to be just fine. It was great to see her. Thank you for all of your hard work. I am truly impressed by what you do and how smooth the entire process was. It is quite a nerve-wracking thing to send your dog off into the unknown and you guys did your best to make it as easy as possible. Thanks!

We can't thank you and your staff enough for the care you have all shown towards us and our boys Jacko and Ozzie. As you have most probably gathered they are very special to us and very spoilt boys, sometimes I don't think they know they are dogs!! Thanks for checking on Harley. Yes, you're right, I rang and spoke to Colleen who told me he was fine. I needed to speak to someone here for my peace of mind. Putting Harley in that cage in the van was very difficult for me, soft lad that I am.

I first looked into the possibility of sending Harley to Oz, when we started thinking about moving there in 2001. I found it very difficult getting information and advice from Defra and our vet and realised just what a precise task it would be.

When we finally got our visas, we spoke to two removals companies. Your more professional approach and personal follow up phone call were very impressive and made us feel that you saw Harley as a living thing and not just a parcel. The constant updates by email and knowing you were at the end of the phone was also reassuring.

Many thanks for taking a great deal of the stress out of a very tortuous process and taxing time.
