YES, YES, and YES!!!! They arrived on schedule and we had them by 230AM....Sophie looked brushed and both were well taken care of...she was very happy to see us....and they looked no worse for the trip!!! They have settled in nicely and we are all together...sorry I didn't update you sooner....animals are so adaptable! We cant thank you all enough for your kind and personal attention and literally bailing us out at the last minute! Look forward to call you gain in the future since Boston is our home!

Just wanted to let you know that Phoebe arrived safely in Kuwait. She’s at home with Jim and happily getting used to going for walks in the hundred degree heat!

I apologize for my late reply. Let me tell you that we are in Los Angeles and we are doing great. We had an excellent trip with our daughter and on Monday we got reunited with Grace. Grace looked great and she was very happy. I met Susie and I have to tell you her excitement is contagious. She was excellent !! My only comment from the Lufthansa kennel provided is that when I first saw it I thought it was for a tiger !!!!!

Overall, we are very satisfied by the service provided and coordination from your company. Your professionalism and courteous service has been consistent and very much welcome. We would certainly recommend your Company and or use you again in the future.
