I’ve finally had time to slip away from the baby and house (and
cats!) to go to an internet cafe nearby and check e-mails (our sea shipment
with all our computers hasn't arrived yet!).

Anyway, I want to thank you and Duncan and every one in Washington (Jeff, I think?) for all the care and kindness and professionalism you showed me (and my cats!) in getting them such a far way with relative ease.

It’s been such a pleasure working with you all, and the service was impeccable. Please let Duncan know as well -- his person who brought the cats to us at the hotel was terrific -- very attentive and caring. The good news is we were able to move into the house that day -- but we still don't have a telephone and the cell phone rates to call the US are absolutely
outrageous.

Anyway, I will definitely recommend you all to everyone/anyone I know who needs good care/service for pets travelling overseas.

Hello Ross,
Sorry it has taken me so long to get in touch, but things have been pretty hectic.
Just to thank you for taking care of Holly and all the travel arrangements. She is in very good health and spirits and has been home now for a few weeks after spending time with Duncan at Snowpine Kennels.

The care she received there was tremendous and she didn't seem that fazed by anything.
