How To Access the Pet Travel Portal & Knowledge Base:
After you have agreed to our services and paid the deposit, you should receive an automated registration email within 24 hours of our Sales Team confirming receipt of your deposit. Then you can create a password to access the Portal and Knowledge Base.
Please note that the email will go to the email address you requested the quote from.
Please check your spam folder! If you haven’t received an email to register within 2 days of paying the deposit, please email us here.

When you first log in, please select an estimated departure date for your pet (this does not have to be exact and the calendar will only allow you to select something 30+ days out).
The portal will show you suggested dates to complete certain steps throughout the process. You will still work directly with your Pet Travel Support Team to ensure nothing is missed and finalize the specific travel details.
Next, click through each step to read the knowledge base articles. As you get through each stage, submit the forms at the bottom of each to ensure you are checking off each task.
